Stacking the Shelves / Showcase Sunday #17: Week 51 – Week 2

Stacking the Shelves is a feature run by Tynga’s Reviews , Showcase Sunday is hosted by Books, Biscuits, and Tea. Both acts as a weekly book haul and is a way to showcase what books you've obtained in the last week. Bought, borrowed or gifted, physical books or eBooks – it doesn't matter. Show ‘em off!

Click the covers to go to their GR page. All Swedish titles are originally in English or has been translated to English, you'll find them if you click "Other editions" on the cover on the GR page.

Bought:

All the book I bought during the last month has been on sale or are just seriously cheap, lucky me. The Seaside series i AMAZING and I'm about to start the third book, read my review of Pull, the second book, here. A boxed set of the entire published series is still freakingly cheap so go get it here before they up the price! I finished the prequel to More Than This a few days ago and I just HAD to have the sequel, and guess what? It was, and still is, on sale. I read a lot about Bully a couple of months ago and it seemed really great so when it too was on sale I jumped on it (still is, get it here). Both Out of Line (Still on sale!) and Lucky Number Four (Still on sale!) sounds fantastic and I couldn't resist the urge.

Amazon Freebies:

Freebies, how could you ever resist good-sounding freebies?! (The Change is still free, get it here)

Borrowed:

I've seen The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared (left) around a lot and hear about it a lot and the movie based on the novel premiered on Christmas day and it sounds absolutely hilarious.

Gifted:

I got Siege and Storm for Christmas and while wandering around a discount store there were a get 3 pay for 2 offer on paperbacks. The Circle (upper middle) and Fire (upper right) are  HUGE here in Sweden and I haven't read a book written in Swedish in years so I thought I'd give them a try. And 50 Ways of Finding a Lover sounds hilarious so that was my freebie. And ehm... Mum happened to pay for those... I got Forgiving Lies as a late birthday present from a friend yesterday and I'm SO excited to get starting on that!

  2. Thanks! I like it too, I've read the first chapter and so far so good :P

You spam blocker won't let me post my comment on you StS, claming incorrect password. Which is weird since I copied it straight off. Anyway, what I was going to say was "Oooh, I still haven't read Midnight Frost but I really need to pick up this series again! Great haul and happy reading :)"
